Welcome to the big show, graduates – come on in, the water’s fine. That said, be prepared for what’s changed since you last had that summer job. To put it bluntly, your warranty has expired. What was cute yesterday is now a serious employment issue if not squared away fast. You can do it, no doubt. But be prepared to take it seriously.
