Would you be willing to do every job in your company day after day? If this sounds bad to you, then think about how your employees feel when they come to work everyday.
If you cannot answer this question, perhaps you would be better off asking why you came in to work today? As the leader, you should be asking this question outside of yourself–in your teammate’s shoes. Afterall, if you would hate it–what makes you think they would feel differently?
