The headlines are red every day with the blood of recent catches in ethics traps that abound in today’s world. Unfortunately, too many are willing prey who stumble–sometime run–into the clutches of bad ethics through consistently bad choices. Like a million little fish nibbling at you as you swim through the rivers of trust, small decisions can destroy you before you reach your destination. Take a moment to examine your current location and ask yourself: Am I making ethical leadership decisions in the way I would want my leaders making the decisions that effect me? If your answer is anything but an emphatic "Yes!" then you have a dilemma on your hand…and you know what the right answer is 😉
