We’ve heard this old chestnut over and over again–how to motivate the "new" generation because they are "different." What isn’t different is how "they" expect to be treated–that part remains constant. It’s how "You" would wish to be treated–with respect, dignity and genuine interest. Keep that in mind when trying to decipher the next generation–their code is more similar than you think!
