Are you a courageous leader?  How do you define professional leadership courage?  There is a difference between stepping in front of the bullet, versus courageously facing it and steering the Team to safety–and the answer lies in the outcome.  The line between courage and foolishness is easily blurred and quickly crossed, especially when the Team is on the line.  How do you measure courage in the face of organizational or profit adversity?
