Nothing positive arises from hasty decisions; however, lethargy kills.  The key is identifying the sweet spot.  This is a trait that is learned through experience–and observation.  Your Team depends upon you to make the right decision at the right time.  A leader is not judged by making the fastest decision any more than a kid in class is smarter because they turn their test paper in first.  The wise leader carefully evaluates the situation within the time allotted for their decision, then acts decisively to move the Team in the right direction.  Which direction are you moving your Team?
