Jack Welch once suggested that the mail servers at GE be shut-down between certain morning and afternoon hours to allow focus, rather than introduce distraction. The ability to multi-task is admirable, but the ability to provide true focus to a task when needed is almost otherworldly. What habits do you bring to the table in order to direct your attention and manage your priorities each day?
