Advanced Vectors Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026

Advanced Vectors, LLC is an independently owned U.S. business established in 2014. This policy explains how information is handled through AdvancedVectors.com and related inquiry correspondence. Contact Matthew T. “Monty” Fritz at AdvancedVectors@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type, and message. Organization and timing are optional. Use it to describe your business question or proposed engagement briefly. Do not submit classified, proprietary, financial-account, health, or other sensitive information.

Accepted inquiry responses are stored in the website’s WordPress database and sent by email to AdvancedVectors@gmail.com. WordPress and Jetpack apply a local filter for selected spam terms; matching submissions may be filtered without an email notification. Website administrators also review submissions, and comments require manual approval before publication. Submission records and email notifications can include the time, source page, IP address, browser/device information, and, if applicable, the signed-in account. We use this information to review and respond to inquiries, assess an engagement’s fit, maintain relevant business correspondence, and protect the website from abuse. Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or subscribe you to a newsletter.

Some historical pages offer comments, likes, sharing, or subscription features. Information you submit through those features is handled according to the feature you choose. A published comment and its display name can be public; email addresses used for comment administration are not intended as public contact details. If you register or sign in, WordPress and connected account services also process account and authentication information. Optional subscriptions can be managed through the instructions in the subscription email.

Technical information, statistics, and cookies

The hosting platform and website services process technical information needed to deliver pages, diagnose problems, and detect misuse. This can include IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps, and security events.

Jetpack Stats is enabled to help us understand website traffic. Jetpack and its provider process visit and technical information in providing that service. Other enabled Jetpack features support forms, comments, subscriptions, social interactions, image and asset delivery, and account protection. Features displayed on an older article may differ from those on the redesigned business pages.

WordPress and connected services can use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and interactive features. External media and social features may also contact their providers when displayed or used. Your browser can block or clear cookies, although doing so may affect sign-in or interactive features and does not necessarily prevent technical logging or all third-party requests.

Service providers and external content

The website operates on WordPress with hosting provided through GoDaddy. Automattic services, including Jetpack, WordPress.com, and Gravatar where used, support website functions. The site uses WordPress’s local disallowed-term filtering and manual review for spam management; Akismet is no longer active. Inquiry notifications and correspondence are handled through Google’s Gmail service. Providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy notices.

Website administrators and authorized technical support may access information as needed to operate, secure, or recover the site. Backups can contain inquiry records, comments, accounts, and other database content. Cached pages and content-delivery services help serve public content efficiently.

Articles may link to or embed material from publishers, video platforms, and other websites. Those organizations control their own sites and data practices. Their inclusion does not make Advanced Vectors the operator of those services.

Relevant provider notices include Automattic’s visitor privacy notice, GoDaddy’s privacy policy, and Google’s privacy policy.

Retention, disclosure, and security

We retain inquiry records and correspondence while needed for follow-up, business records, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations. Ordinary inquiries currently have no automatic deletion deadline in WordPress; removal requires administrative action. Published comments and historical contributions can remain with the associated article. Spam, logs, provider records, and backups have different retention and deletion processes; deleting a live record may not immediately remove copies from an existing backup or provider system.

We may disclose information to service providers for the functions described above, with your authorization, to comply with a valid legal requirement, or as reasonably necessary to investigate abuse and protect people, rights, and systems. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate.

We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to operating the website, but no website or email system can guarantee complete security. Please keep initial inquiries non-sensitive; any later exchange of confidential engagement information should use a separately agreed method.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us by email instead of using the form. You may ask about information associated with your inquiry or account, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern at AdvancedVectors@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where necessary for legal, security, or legitimate business-record obligations. Rights and applicable exceptions depend on the circumstances and relevant law.

This website is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review it.

We will update this policy when website functions or data practices materially change and show the effective date on this page.
